I have a new favorite breakfast to share with you today – my raspberry and passionfruit parfait! Made with passionfruit curd, frozen raspberries, and crunchy Ezekiel cereal, it’s a delicious way to start off your day.
I don’t know about you, but I get bored with breakfast food. While I know that you can technically eat anything for breakfast, I tend to lean towards eggs, toast, or a smoothie to start my day. To switch things up, I started to incorporate yogurt and fresh berries topped with Ezekiel cereal into my morning rotation. And that gave me an idea.
I love passionfruit, and brought passionfruit curd from the Margaret River Chocolate Factory home with me from Australia last year. While you can’t get that brand here in the US, I did find one from Wilkin & Sons LT on Amazon that shipped for free.

I love raspberries, but hate that they go bad in a day or two. So instead, I opted for frozen raspberries. Why have I never thought of this before?!? The frozen raspberries made my parfait taste like dessert. I then topped the mixture with some Ezekiel cereal for crunch. Voila! My new favorite breakfast.

Raspberry and Passionfruit Parfait
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp passionfruit curd
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup Ezekiel cereal (I prefer the almond one)
Stir the passionfruit curd into the yogurt. Top with berries and cereal and enjoy!
Notes!
Switch your combo up with different flavors.
- Use lemon curd instead of passionfruit curd
- Swap plain yogurt for coconut or vanilla yogurt. If your flavored yogurt has sugar, I suggest reducing the amount of curd so your parfait isn’t overly sweet.
- Switch up the fruit – blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, and mango also work well
- Use fresh instead of frozen fruit, especially when berries are in season
